10:00 a.m. Morning Service - Dr. McLean will be preaching from Galatians 3:1-5 on the topic of "Faith - The Road Less Traveled".
Need Prayer?? There will be people in the Journey Room following our Sunday morning service each week to pray specifically with YOU! If you would like someone to pray with you about family needs, health issues, employment, etc., please go to the Journey Room right after the service.
Following the Morning Service - Choir Practice! - It is time to start preparing for our Easter concert which will be held on Easter Sunday, April 8th. Choir practices will be on Sunday afternoons beginning this Sunday. If you are interested in singing in our Easter Musical, please plan to bring an Italian dish to pass (or anything will do!) and we will eat lunch and then jump right into practice.

Awana - Wednesday, February 15th at 6:30 p.m. - Next week will be "Goofy Hat (or favorite hat) Night"! So grab your hat, invite some friends to come with you (make sure they wear a goofy hat too!) and together, we'll learn some more great things about Jesus!!
Adult Study - "How Shall We Then Live" - Wednesday, February 15th at 6:45 p.m. - We will continue in our study of Francis Schaeffer's book "How Shall We Then Live". Come join us!!
NOTE!! Due to Winter Break in the South Lyon School District, there will be no Awana or Adult Bible Study on Wednesday, February 22nd.
Church Workday/Missions Conference Set-up - Saturday, February 18th at 10:00 a.m. - The Missions Committee will be decorating and setting up for the Missions Conference. Other work around the church will be done as well. Please consider giving a little of your Saturday morning to help. Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

Sunday, February 19th from noon until 3:00 p.m. - New Membership Class - There will be a membership class for all those interested in becoming members of Solid Rock. We anticipate having a Pastoral vote in the coming months so it is important that you review your membership status if you would like to participate. There is a sign-up sheet in the lobby for this class. If you have questions about this class or about membership in general, please see one of the Deacons. Tony Galorneau and Rob Glenn will be teaching the class.
Friday, February 24th - Ladies' Fun Night - Ladies! Please save this date for getting together with the ladies of the church for some fun and fellowship! Stay tuned for more details!!
Wednesday, February 29th, Saturday, March 3rd, and Sunday, March 4th - Missions Conference - We will be kicking off our annual Missions Conference by skyping with some of our missionaries on Wednesday, followed on Saturday night with a potato bar and chili dinner and hearing from our special guests, Jason and Michele Maynard. They have recently completed language school in Costa Rica and will soon be heading off to Ecuador. Jason and Michele will be back with us again on Sunday morning. Larry Carlson from Youth Haven Ranch will also be with us to provide an update of that ministry. A special love offering will be taken for our missionaries on Sunday morning. Please make plans to be with us those days and hear how the Lord is using our missionaries to reach the world for Christ and how we can have a part in their ministries.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------New Ministry Opportunity - Here at Solid Rock, we are all about experiencing God's love and sharing it with others.
